At Hyxrevoxvydhex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workshop experience. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling of workshop bookings.
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining fair policies for all participants and our business operations.
Workshop Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your workshop booking, we require advance notice to process your cancellation and determine eligibility for a refund. The timing of your cancellation determines the options available to you.
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled workshop start time are eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop start time are not eligible for refunds. However, we may offer the option to reschedule to another available session, subject to availability and at our discretion.
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend your scheduled workshop without prior notice, this is considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you experience an emergency that prevents you from attending or providing advance notice, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
Rescheduling Requests
If you wish to reschedule your workshop to a different date or time, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled session. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours notice may be considered on a case-by-case basis but cannot be guaranteed. There is no fee for rescheduling when proper notice is provided.
You may reschedule your booking once without penalty. Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and approval.
Workshop Cancellations by Hyxrevoxvydhex
In rare circumstances, we may need to cancel or reschedule a workshop due to unforeseen events, insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, or other factors beyond our control.
If we cancel your workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the choice of rescheduling to another available session or receiving a full refund. We will make every effort to provide alternative options that suit your schedule.
Hyxrevoxvydhex is not responsible for any additional costs you may incur as a result of a workshop cancellation, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited to the same card. If you paid by another method, we will contact you to arrange the refund process.
Refunds are issued for the workshop fee only. Any additional fees, such as booking fees or transaction charges, may not be refundable depending on the circumstances.
Partial Attendance
If you arrive late to a workshop or leave early, no partial refunds will be provided. The full workshop fee applies regardless of the portion of the session you attend.
We encourage all participants to arrive on time and stay for the entire duration to get the full benefit of the workshop experience.
Gift Vouchers and Promotional Bookings
Bookings made using gift vouchers are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policies as regular bookings. Refunds for voucher bookings will be issued as a credit voucher rather than a monetary refund.
Promotional or discounted bookings may have specific terms and conditions that differ from our standard policy. Please review the terms of any promotion at the time of booking.
Group Bookings
Private group bookings may have different cancellation terms depending on the size of the group and the nature of the booking. Specific terms will be outlined in your booking confirmation.
For group bookings, we require notice of any changes to the number of participants at least 48 hours in advance. Reductions in group size may affect pricing and availability.
Weather and External Factors
Our workshops are conducted indoors in a controlled environment, so weather conditions typically do not affect scheduled sessions. However, in cases of severe weather or natural disasters that make travel unsafe, we will work with you to reschedule.

Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
The policy in effect at the time of your booking will apply to that booking, even if the policy is subsequently changed.
