Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect bookings already confirmed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop may be rescheduled subject to availability but are not eligible for refunds.

No-shows without prior notice will not receive refunds or rescheduling options. We understand that emergencies occur, and we will consider exceptions on a case-by-case basis.

User Conduct

Participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and professionally during workshops. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any conduct that interferes with the experience of other participants will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these conduct standards without refund. Safety is our priority, and all participants must follow instructor guidance and safety protocols.

Liability and Disclaimers
